Pass atomic form factors as indices into a form factor array
In a large protein structure there are usually still only four or five chemical elements present. Even with implicit hydrogen, where C, CH, CH2 and so on count as different elements, there will only be ten or so. Calculating the form factor once for each element will save memory and bandwidth compared to doing so once for each atom.
