Major update for GRNdev v0.7, added vignette and prettified code and functions, added GRNData package

Made the addData function more generic by allowing any normalization procedure to be applied even if input is not raw integer counts.

Replaced preprocessCore with a limma implementation so that preprocessCore is not needed at all anymore

Added a temporary fix that catches a newly introduced regression in the preprocessCore library for versions >1.50.0. The last known compatible version of this library has been added to the newly created bin directory in the repository. This has been fixed for both the stable and dev version.

For now, disabled the possibiliy to compute TF activity for pre-normalized data as this is completely untested how well it works.

Fix for cases when pre-normalized data is provided, DESeq can not be used then for storing and saving space

Version 0.6 for stable version, fully implemented all speed improvements from the dev version after testing
