Manually set `-Z` flag when running `hmmsearch`

To make E-values consistent, we should manually set -Z to the number of domains in the pHMM library so that E-value results are the same as those obtained with hmmscan.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
