I don't think we can assume to use the <body> element for root centering: - Some may be using the VF with other solutions and not need grid everywhere - The core body grid may only be needed for a portion of the document - There may be some occasions when we don't want this to happen And using `.vf-body` would also better hold true to not binding CSS to HTML elements. #changelog #fix
