WIP: Link styling

So one thing we'll want to do for the Content Hub is sprinkle edit buttons that show when you're logged in. For the Factoid pattern, those links would need to be white, a la:

How best to do this? Like the attached merge request? I'd think the custom element styling would have to live within the block, ya?
