GRaNIE object within the GRaNPA list and object consistency
I agree it is a good idea to store the GRaNIE object so that the whole GRaNPA analysis can be repeated with the GRaNPA output list. I have the following thoughts:
- all input data should be stored inside the final list, so that the GRaNPA analysis can be repeated just having the GRaNPA list. Is this currently possible?
- the GRaNIE object can become very large. Most slots you do not need here, as all you care is the filtered set of connections. Thus, we can set some memory-consuming slots explicitly to NULL to save space. We can discuss here which.
