Add SLURM support to `qs`
sinfo -eo "%30N %20C %10m %10e %d"
provides most of the required information.
Example output on the new eta
SLURM setup:
NODELIST CPUS(A/I/O/T) MEMORY FREE_MEM TMP_DISK CPUS
compute-0-0 20/4/0/24 64256 302 256635 24
compute-0-1 12/12/0/24 64256 263 256252 24
compute-0-3 16/8/0/24 64256 20502 256635 24
compute-0-2 64/0/0/64 257771 45965 918069 64
eta 0/1/0/1 64256 9636 50268 1
Memory is in MB
, CPUs includes only cores/threads managed by SLURM.
For instance eta
has 24 threads but only 1 is currently available to SLURM.
While SGE allowed obtaining the total number of CPUs on the node, this doesn't seem possible in SLURM.
