Batch runner client and supporting serverside task management

  • further developed task queuing including references to dependent accessors
  • added lazy loading for single-position file-based accessors
  • separated action of reserving accessor ID from binding to an accessor object
  • implemented batch runner client that has now been used extensively on TREC project
  • added accessor generator for multiposition CZI files
  • added overlay object identities map to RoiSet export products
  • fixed a couple bugs and inefficiencies on large 3D datasets
  • an RoiSet can export multiple patch sets with arbitrary parameters like channel, etc.
