RoiSet and PhenoBase export products

• PhenoBase client autowrites its CSV table, the location of which can be changed dynamically e.g. in session phenobase
• when patches are expanded, patch masks are expanded as well, provided expanded=True is specified
• RoiSet now enforces min. 2 x 2 (Y x X) ROI on construction
• ROIs can be expanded to square (unless they are on the edge of frame)
