Moved run_blast and download_genome to helper.py. Changed to using search term and retmax for generating hash when downloading data from NCBI.

Tidied up plotting functions - renamed plot_on_genome to plot_genome. Changed Pipeline class constructor to only accept two positional arguments.

Fixed issue with correct_id function in main. Added functionality to streamlit app to accept multiple sequence files and with fas extension.
