Documented missing conv and iter in output from jrmpc(). Replaced warning() with message() in locs_from_csv().

points2img: fix bug.

Split function point_sets.from.csv() into two new functions locs.from.csv() and point_sets.from.locs().

Added parameters to point.sets.from.csv. Fixed export problem for extract.roi() function due to dot. Fixed bug in multichannel handling in points2img histogram method.

Registration functions now return translations in original coordinates system (instead of scaled one).

Moved localDensities function from registration.R to utils.R. Coordinates returned by jrmpc not centred anymore.
