User requests intermediate images for training ilastik

Currently ilastik workflow just selects a channel and MIPs; user is requesting access to this intermediate representation to train new ilastik models

This should be straightforward with approach on: dev_pipeline_refactor

These are now accessible to client when pipeline endpoint is called with "keep_interm=True"
